Awesome game! I do wish Kimo's jump key was the up arrow, but I had fun nonetheless.
A downloadable game for Windows

This game is beautyful, the art and strory, thanks for be and exist!
Dude your art style is so fricken beautiful. I'd love to know your process if you'd share
Hi. Thank you. We often post behind the scene stuff on facebook and discord.
this is an example:
This is a great game. But since I downloaded it when it's free, will it auto-update in the future?
(Sorry if this question sounds stupid)
I think it won't. You have to manually download the update. I don't know about the itch.io launcher, tho. Maybe you should check it out.
This game is absolutely gorgeous and engaging and I was actually disappointed when it ended after the spider fight. I do think it was way too easy to hurt yourself on the spider because of how small your attack is, but that might have been something you were going for. I can't wait to see what you're going to do with the spider legs upgrade in later versions. Definitely a game to keep an eye on!
I'm sorry that it's not included in the tutorial. But actually, you can change the direction of your attack with Left Stick or Arrow Keys. It allows you to attack the boss from the safer position.
Anyway, thanks for playing!
Okay so music is amazing, the visuals are phenomenon and the colors are so good !! And my little character is the cutest with its little wispy, I love the idea and I love the mechanics, the mushrooms are the trickiest so far. I loved the spider legs and Im so excited to see more. I just love everything about it and the back story too. Love you guys keep up the phenomenal work!
the update fixed all of the problems I had with the alpha when I first played. the colors and music are beautiful. The mechanics with Wispy are fun, and I would love to see more collaboration with Wispy in later boss fights.
Okay its cute and all, but I got stuck in the wall?? Don't know if this is supposed to happen.
noooo. hahaha. it's not supposed to happen at all. some colliders are too thin that you can pass through them if you're moving too fast. don't worry, I already fixed that in the next build. I will launch the fix this weekend!
First of all, amazing graphics. The colors, the art, the simple yet adorable character design has got me piqued. I like how Kimo glides through the game, it's satisfying to see! I suggest adding a save button to save progress, because I quit the game to see that I have yet to start over. It's disappointing to see. But otherwise, the graphics, the soundtrack and everything else is amazing! Would recommend to my friends.
Hi. Thank you for playing! Yeah, sorry for that. We will add the save feature on the next build. 😁
the art of the game is amazing and this should be a realy good multyplayer game but the hitbox is realy annoying i died for the spider boss some times bc the only way i could hit him was by jumping and i got damage a lot of times but is a pretty good game for alpha also i realy liked the spider boss music
hi. actually, you can change the direction of the attack with your Left Joystick or Arrow Keys. So, you can attack the boss safely from bottom with the upward attack. We are sorry didn't introduce this on the tutorial.
hi. sorry for that. the instruction in game is for XBox Controller. If you are using keyboard, use these keys:
Controls - Keyboard
- Move Kimo: Arrow Keys
- Jump: X
- Attack: C
- Move Wispy: WASD
- Interact: hold V or Space
Actually i merely like this type of game (climbing, avoiding abstacle) but amazed your creative ideas and having boss battle
hey, it's quite interesting to watch a playthrough video with non English commentary. 😁 thank you for playing!
7:50 There's an opening in the bottom-right of the room with the movable stones that the camera doesn't follow you into. I didn't fall through the world, or anything, and there seem to be platforms, so I assume it's supposed to be there.
14:50 The glyph didn't activate during the boss fight. The fairy snapped to it, but the animation didn't start. Releasing the button and pressing it again fixed it.
16:25 End screen didn't trigger.
17:35 Game freezes when quitting from main menu.
My specs, if they matter:
AMD 3900X, 64GB RAM, NVidia GTX 1060 6GB graphics card.
Again, the game is absolutely beautiful and plays well, and I hope to play it again when it's complete! Thanks for making it!
7:50 It is supposed to be a hidden area but it's not ready yet and I forgot to block it. It allows you to go there but the camera won't follow.
14:50 It seems a little bug but people find it quite often. Not only in the boss battle, this bug may appear after possessing enemy.
16:25 I think something is wrong with the camera script so it won't trigger the end screen the first time. I will look into that.
17:35 Hey you are right. I didn't notice it before. I'm not sure what causing it but I will try to fix that.
Hell no. Your spec is more than enough to play this little game. 😁
Thank you for playing and your feedback is super useful!
I like the art stile but you can't save the game
Sorry for that. We will add the save game feature to the next build. Thank you for playing. 😁
I very like the graphics, the game is not for all because it's hard, I try to go to the boss but don't have a save game option, I give you 3/5 stars, I played three times and it's frustrating.
You are not alone. 😁 Some players feel it's quite hard, but some other said it is fun and challenging. we will consider to make a new option to change the difficulty of the game.
Ah, we will surely add the save game feature to the next build. Thank you for playing. 😁
The game looks amazing.
But sadly I am a linux user, is there a way you can export to linux?
+1. Wine can't beat the performance of a native build.
Sorry, there won't be a linux version for now. But since the game doesn't need so much resource I think using Wine will be fine.
Bro this game is so good The art work is really good Good job
Really great homepage! Will check out the game though not really in a genre I understand ...
Awesome! Any chance of a mac version?
I'm sorry, for the demo build, there won't be a mac version. but the final version, it will be available for PC, Mac, and consoles. 😁😁
I'm new to games like this, and I'm glad that this great game introduced me to these type of games! Keep up the good work! <3
wtf ITSSS AMAZINGGG
Man.. you need to make Paid to this game.
its very good to be only free. Greetings and congratulations to you all ⭐♥
it's only an alpha demo. the final version won't be free. but don't worry, it won't be expensive. 😁😁
Wow, this was great. The music, gameplay, and art were all fantastic. It was the first game in a while that scratched the same itch as Hollow Knight for me. I didn't expect the combat to be as fluid as it was, so that was a nice surprise as well. I was initially skeptical of controlling two characters but it works really well! I managed to complete the demo, and can't wait for more. Props to the developer! Definitely one of the best demos I've ever played on Itch.
that is too kind. this game is nothing compared to Hollow Knight (I'm a huge fan btw). thank you for your kind words. please feel free to give us feedback/suggestion. we would like to listen more to platformer/metroidvania fans. thank you for playing. 😊
The game is fine and the art looks cool. I think this should have better keyboard controls. I understand that the game was thought for remote control, but it would be good if this recognize if one is connected or not. About keyboards, space is more useful for jump, so i got a little confused xD. But besides that, everything else was beauty and fun, good work.
I hope it comes with more mechanics.
hi. sorry about that. the final product is supposed to automatically detect the input used by the player. so, if you are using keyboard, the tutorial will show "X" to jump instead of showing "A".
we thought the space key to jump is suitable for controlling with WASD. some platformer game like Celeste use C for jump. but sure, we will consider to add an option to rebind the keyboard keys. 😊
anyway, thank you for playing!
I didn't mind the keyboard controls because they were also similar to Hollow Knight. For some reason, when Wispy had taken over an enemy I would use space to jump though and then end up in spikes :P
Hi! I just played through the game yesterday and I absolutely enjoyed it. There were some issues I had with the game and I did full playthru and review of the game on my Twitch channel. I would love to give additional feedback in the future! I'd say the best part about the game is the aesthetic and how Wispy has so much hidden potential for really expanding the game. I can't wait to see what else you guys will create! Here's the link to the video
hi! thank you for playing. I've watched the video. and sure, feel free to contact me (via this page or discord) if you want to give any additional feedback later. 😁
Noice! Smooth and relaxing
i don't know if i just need to git gud but the first boss feels a bit hard for me
don't worry, you are not alone! 😁 some players feel it's quite hard, but some other said it is fun and challenging. we will consider to make a new option to change the difficulty of the game.
thank you for playing! 😀
better than the most bestest
This game is amazing!! the movement is smooth, the art is incredible, I love the mechanics, especially the mushroom one, and the boss fight is epic.
I can't wait the full game to release :D
Hi!! Are you open to talk about your creation process of your game design? Im a video game student from Montreal, Canada and Im doing a research on video game design. We can do it during a couple of weeks to talk about your game and give it some visibility in the database of my research group for others who want to learn more about original design!
Left me wanting more, and by that I mean I wanted more power ups! Spider legs was SO cool can't wait to see what else comes out of this game
Awesome video! Your reaction to the spider legs is hilarious. 😂 Watching people enjoying the game always gives us more motivation and energy. 💪 Thank you for playing!
Senang melihat banyak indie game dev yg berasal dari Indonesia. Terus berjuang!! Good luck!!
Senang juga melihat orang Indo yang peduli indie games dari Indonesia! :)
halo teman-teman. terima kasih sudah mampir. salam gamedev Indonesia! 💪😁
Lovely visuals and good controls. Looking forward to seeing the story too.
thank you. such a great play, sir! currently, the story is made by.. well.. the programmer 😂. we probably need to hire a real writer to write the better story for this game. 😁
How did you make the graphics? Photoshop or etc. ?
Im an indie game developer so i wanted to know how to make better 2D graphics.
all graphics are made with photoshop 😁
ouch ow my eyes. they S T A I N
Great stuff! I sometimes had difficulty identifying what was able to be climbed, as the foreground often went over the midground and was sometimes the same colour as the ground. The mushrooms were very hard to identify, since they had an almost identical colour to the background. Another thing was the spikes that burst out of the floor (in the level and boss fight) didn't really have much warning.
I really loved the game though, looks frickin incredible. I hope these suggestions can make it even better!
Someone on our discord says the same about the difficulty to identify some foreground/background. We will try to fix it on the next build. Anyway, thank you for playing!
Good show so far, I look forward to seeing the full game, let me know how it goes.
You are probably the first person that experienced the music bug. Anyway, that is a good playthrough. I genuinely laughed when I saw your reaction facing the spider the first time. 😂
Thank you for playing!
I thoroughly enjoyed this game. It was amazing.
